Search API outage in our AU region

Between 10 June 2021 8:01pm to 10 June 2021 8:29pm, one customer experienced an issue related to search traffic in our AU region.

This was due to a large memory spike within our search infrastructure.

We immediately worked with the specific customer to mitigate this issue, and performed subsequent steps to further mitigate this issue.

The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
