Between 10:30 am 08/03/2021 to 10:40 am 08/03/2021, some of our customers in our AU infrastructure experienced an issue related to our DNS infrastructure.
The engineering team were conducting minor maintenance on our AU DNS infrastructure to support migrations to our new infrastructure, as part of this change we noticed a small routing configuration issue. The team found this problem immediately and fixed the issue but it resulted in an approximate outage of 10 minutes for some of our customers while these DNS changes propagated.
The issue has now been resolved and all services are now operating normally.
