Between 31/05/2021 9:58AM AEST to 31/05/2021 10:24AM, customers running in one of our AU regions experienced an outage to their search service.
The cause has been identified as a code change that was rolled out this morning to our Search API service to help improve instrumentation of search requests. A specific code path in this change had a bug that resulted in requests not being served. Once this change was identified we immediately deployed a fix to mitigate the issue. The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
