Between 29/4/2022 09:30am AEST to 29/4/2022 11:30am AEST, some of our customers experienced an issue related to downtime to the specific Search API (api.search.io) in our US region.
The root cause was due to an out of memory within the specific service.
The team, after some initial validation deployed an infrastructure change for the service in question, mitigating the issue. The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
